I. Simple description

   QR3210 tumble belt type shot blast cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning small castings, forged and stamped work pieces and products which collide easily. It also used for reinforcing the surface of work piece.

(Note: it cannot used to clean work pieces having such features as high temperature, burrs and sharp corners.)

III. Work Principle

This machine consists of blasting cabinet, flapdoor, blast wheel, material feeding device, elevator, separator, dust collector and electric control system, loading and unloading device.

The work pieces are tumbling when the rubber conveyor rotates. Meanwhile, the blast wheel works to give a thorough blasting to workpieces. Abrasive grains, dust and other particles fall down to the separator after which good grains are collected to elevator bottom and bad grains and other particles are separated out. The dust collector contributes to clean air emission.

IV.Advantages

   This machine adopts foreign advanced technology, and it has ideal cleaning effect, compact structure and low noise.

1) This machine uses cantilevered centrifugal blast wheel which has long lifetime and simple structure.

2) Full curtain screen type separator has good separating effect and it is good for the blades of blast wheel.

3) A bag type dust collector is a corollary equipment of this machine. Dust emission concentration meets national standard. It highly improves working environment.

4) Rubber conveyor belt reduces collision phenomenon among workpieces.

5) Automatic unloading reduces labor intensity.
