    2. Scope and overview

    This product is suitable for the falling sand of small and medium-sized castings after casting semi-automatic molding line and mechanized molding line in foundry.

    During the vibration process, the sand type jumps forward and has a crushing effect on the large sand group during the vibration process.

    Use a pneumatic push rod or other mechanism to push the sand box together with the mold along the guide rail to the upper rail of the falling machine, and the mold is dropped into the grid bed by vibration. The casting and the sand are separated by the collision between the mold and the grid bed. After being crushed, it falls into the returning belt, and the casting is dropped into the casting box or the slat conveyor at the discharge end to complete a mold falling sand.

    This product is suitable for casting sand falling in a sand box size less than 1000mm. It is a general-purpose product with a wide range of uses.

    3. Machine structure and principle

    a) structure

    The L25 series vibration conveying sand falling machine is mainly composed of two parts: frame and support, all of which adopt welded structure. The frame is supported by a metal spring on the support. The two vibration motors are symmetrically tilted on both sides of the frame, and the structure is compact and simple.

    b) Principle

    Two vibration motors are installed symmetrically on both sides of the frame. The two vibration motors run synchronously in opposite directions, and their horizontal component forces cancel each other out. The resultant force causes the mold to be thrown at a certain angle along the grid bed. The sand mass breaks through the grid. The grid hole falls into the returning belt, and the casting is conveyed to the discharge end and falls into the casting box or the slat conveyor to complete a mold falling sand.
